Service

Tri Kappa is a philanthropic organization that exists to bring women "into close, unselfish relationship for the promotion of charity, culture and education."  Throughout our 100 years as a chapter,  Crown Point  Gamma Theta Chapter is committed to serving our community by supporting several local  not-for-profit organizations and projects through charitable contributions. Members have also collected and distributed items for Advent gift bags given to senior citizens receiving Meals on Wheels, hosted a baby shower for St. Clare's Prenatal Assistance Program, played bingo with residents at a local assisted living facility, and delivered home-baked goods to Crown Point civil servants and local military members.  Our chapter members decide which organizations to support based on requests by the organizations as well as organizations in which our members held a special interest.
